Our services are covered by most health insurance plans. We have contracts in place with the insurance plans listed below. If your plan is not listed, contact the office at (360) 756-9793 to check eligibility.

Co Payments
All insurance co pays are due the day of service. Please come prepared. This is a requirement of your insurance company
Non-Insured and Private Pay Insurance
Clients/patients with no insurance and those with private pay insurance must pay at least 50% of their bill at the time of service. The remainder will be billed to you.
Services will be discounted 10% for those who pay in full at the time of service. See our financial policy for details
No Show Policy
A $35 No Show fee will be charged to those who fail to appear on time for a scheduled appointment.
The No Show fee will also apply to cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.
